Here you will find details and information about our wedding day itself.

Both the wedding ceremony, which will be non-religious, and the reception will be held inside Eastnor Castle, starting at 2pm. There will be parking available at the castle, but you may wish to use a taxi service, details of which are below.

When you return your RSVP, please let us know about any dietary requirements you have, such as having a severe food allergy or being a vegetarian. The meat dish in the main course of the wedding breakfast will be lamb.

Order of the Day

Evening Reception

The evening reception will start at 7.30pm. During the evening, there will be a jazz band playing and a disco to dance to. For food, a buffet will be provided from 9pm.

During the evening reception, there will be a free bar.

Transport

For those of you staying in Ledbury or Trumpet, there will be a complimentary coach to take you back to your hotel at the end of the evening, but you will need to make your own way to the castle.

We are told that taxi services in the area require booking well in advance, so please bear this in mind if you intend to use a taxi to travel to and from the castle.

If you do drive to the castle, and are unable to drive back, it won't be a problem for you to leave your car at the castle over night and pick it up the next morning.

Other Information

Unfortunately, as the castle isn't particularly child-friendly and due to strict limitations on numbers, we are unable to invite any children. We're sorry if this causes any inconvenience, but we hope that you understand.

We understand that the castle is well-heated (with roaring fires) during the winter months, so you shouldn't need to bring your arctic fleece. However, ladies may wish to bring a wrap to use in case photographs are taken outside.
